In 2025, Kindheart Consulting Group partnered closely with the Fairmont Community Partnership Group, Inc. to advance community-driven initiatives that deliver meaningful benefits to families and children in Fairmont. Through this collaboration, Kindheart provided strategic guidance, secured and managed grant funding, and led project implementation to translate community-identified needs into effective, coordinated programs. With the support of a $250,000 Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) PY 2025 Appropriation—secured with the assistance of Illinois State Senator Rachel Ventura—Kindheart oversaw each initiative from concept through execution, while facilitating partnerships with external organizations to ensure sustainable impact and long-term value for the Fairmont community.
